The family-owned pest control business based in Plaistow, New Hampshire had all the tools needed to thrive, including an intentional, experienced approach to pest prevention perfected by a history of service over 40 years strong. But something was holding them back—more specifically, back in time.
The Pest-End website was outdated. As the company evolved over several decades in the field, its digital presence no longer reflected the business it had become today. So, they came to us looking for answers to an important pair of questions: how can we upgrade our web presence, and how do we ensure that presence is felt?

With a restructured website optimized for lead generation and ease of use, we had the ability to create new ad groups for the brand’s service pages, incorporated into campaigns that target key areas of Pest-End’s service territories.
The results were palpable within the first month of campaign activity. In addition to a 113% increase in conversions and a 40% increase in overall site traffic, we saw the cost-per-conversion drop by 70% and the bounce rate drop by 10.7%.

The journey to Pest-End’s new website started with a refined site architecture to streamline the path to conversion. We took the main navigation from a broad 9 categories to a more focused 6. The items that made the final cut were chosen to match the priorities of Pest-End’s target audience.

To better fit within the updated architecture, we created new content for the site. SEO-friendly interior pages expanded and enhanced the brand’s previous service descriptions, keyword-focused to support the site’s organic rank on search.
