Before Harlowe, there was Tandem Care: a start-up using digital technology to make cost-effective health care decisions simpler and easier for members and healthcare professionals alike. The concept was bold—but existed without a brand identity or website that could ladder up. We took Tandem Care’s strong concept and built a brand that truly matches its trailblazing ethos. After extensive explorations in visual identity, tone of voice, competitor landscape, and more, Tandem Care became Harlowe.
With a new brand identity as disruptive as the technology powering it, we constructed web and mobile experiences to power Harlowe’s digital presence. Harlowe’s website and corresponding mobile app needed to function as informative hubs for the business’ variety of audience personas while showcasing its upgraded identity.
