    A well-rested and happy team works like a finely-tuned machine. That’s why we place a high value on taking time off, and why we’ve instituted a Flexible PTO policy. No accrued hours or PTO banks, no need to over-stress when there’s an emergency— just let us know when you need a few days here and there and you’ll be all set. Or, when it’s time for a family vacation or that once-in-a-lifetime trip, go ahead and take a week to recharge… and send a few pictures while you’re at it.

    One Team, Remotely

    To be honest, nothing beats working together in one space—because hard work may be done at our desks, but teamwork is often done around the lunch table, or over a quick game of darts with a coworker. But since early 2020, we’ve been operating as one connected team, all signing in remotely from home. Our goal is to get everyone back together in some form when it’s safe to do so… but for now, we’re all keeping productive while keeping safe, and you will be too.

    We’re not big on standing still. Ask some of the longtime team members here at Altos what excites them, and you might notice a pattern: a lot of those passions become projects. Internships

We all get our own coffee here. You’re not going to be somebody’s assistant or fodder for jokes. We look for interns that are the real deal because that’s exactly what our internships are. The thing about handpicking talent is that it doesn’t always come with experience.
