We are searching for an agency-experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing strategy in support of our rapidly growing portfolio of national clients.
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Altos, you will be responsible for making strategic recommendations on multi-channel, digital marketing campaigns. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital strategy and various digital marketing channels.
The Marketing Manager plans and works with the digital marketing team to implement and manage the digital marketing strategy for a variety of local and national clients
Contributes detailed strategy to support clients’ specific sales and marketing objectives
Oversees and has reporting responsibility for various digital marketing campaigns
Measures ROI and KPIs, and presents custom monthly reporting to clients
Prepares and manages clients’ digital marketing budgets
Makes recommendations for improving the quality of online content
Tracks and measures SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
Builds inbound marketing plans (via HubSpot, Active Campaign, etc.) for clients
Conducts research and forecasts future sales and performance trends
Researches client competitors and provides suggestions for improvement
Contributes strategic recommendations to new business proposals and scopes of work
Stays up to date with the latest platforms, trends and best practices
Requirements & Qualifications:
BA in Marketing, digital technologies or similar relevant field
5 years agency experience
5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
Experience with online marketing tools and best practices
5-7 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
Familiarity with web design & development
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a client’s success
