Position Summary

We’re Altos—an award-winning digital agency based in Southern New Hampshire, but passionately working both remotely and locally since 2020. We are searching for an agency-experienced, highly-motivated Project Manager to support our rapidly growing portfolio of domestic and international clients.

At Altos, the Project Manager is everyone’s best friend because they hold the keys to ensuring all web, marketing, and creative projects are completed on time and within budget. In this position, you will make a direct impact on the efficiency and profitability of our existing production process, and in turn, you’ll receive accolades and earn trust from a team that recognizes and appreciates great work.


  • The Project Manager monitors production capacity and understands the relationship between resources, short-term deliverables, and the pipeline of future projects.
  • Manages a complex and ever-changing production schedule leveraging a variety of resources including internal teams (design, development, and marketing) and external vendors/partners.
  • Authors SOWs and Change Orders for web projects.
  • Tracks project communication internally and externally, negotiates available time and resources, and routes work through clients for approvals.
  • Defines, develops, and identifies opportunities to improve Project Management processes/systems.
  • Contributes to QA and serves to protect Altos’ high standards for craftsmanship and clients satisfaction.


  • Must have 5-7 years of agency AND project management experience.
  • Must be highly organized with a reputation for big-picture thinking and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Prior agency experience is required.
